Tempura prawns with sweet chilli sauce with mixed leaves

Pigeon breasts served on toasted ciabatta with a redcurrant and port jus

Followed by

Frasers legendary Fish and chips served with minted mushy peas and homemade tartar sauce

Frasers chicken – Succulent corn fed chicken breast with a mushroom duxelle served with a grainy mustard and crème fraiche sauce.
