Two of the three rooms in Pond cottage offer the flexibility of interconnecting doors which can be opened to provide family accommodation.

Pippin Room

This suite is in a single-storey building in the grounds of the main farmhouse. Enter through the main front door into an entrance hall. This room offers a double bed, the single wardrobe is located in the entrance hall to the suite. The room offers, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers, television with iPod docking station, DVD and Freeview and tea and coffee making facilities.

Bramley Room

The Bramley room offers the flexibility of either twin occupancy or king-sized bed accommodation. The room is tastefully decorated with Nina Campbell fabrics. The accommodation offers twin or king-sized sleeping, large - oak double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed-side cabinets, television with iPod docking station, DVD, Freeview and tea and coffee making facilities.

The en-suite bathroom, tiled with beautiful travertine tiles includes, w.c. sink bath with integral shower. There are beautiful views over the horse paddocks and the surrounding fields. This is a beautifully light and airy room.

Lambourne Room

Accessed via its own external gravel pathway through french doors into the sleeping accommodation. There are fantastic views of the pond from this room.

This room offers either a king-sized bed or twin bedded accommodation. The interior soft furnishings are beautiful French Casamance fabrics with sumptuous pink flowers on a cream background.

The room offers an Oak double wardrobe, bedside cabinets, dressing table, chest of drawers television with iPod docking station, DVD, Freeview and tea and coffee making facilities.
