Platter of smoked fish ? Hot roast salmon, peppered smoked mackerel, smoked salmon horseradish cream served with dressed rocket salad £10.50 or for 2 to share £20

Luxury Fruit de Mer Served with garlic aioli, and lemon mayonnaise, and a selection of artisan breads. £80 for 2 to share. (72 hrs notice required)

1 Dozen Native Oysters £30.00

Whole baked camembert studded with rosemary, served with ?Frasers? red onion marmalade, warm artisan bread and butter. Perfect for sharing! £18.50

Tempura platter to share ? Selection of tempura vegetables and tempura prawns. Served with sweet chilli hollandaise, garlic mayonnaise and dressed seasonal leaves. £18.50

Local traditional Ploughman?s - Hand carved ham or selection of local cheese, served with homemade chutney of the week, red onion marmalade, rocket salad, warm artisan bread. £9.50

Why not sample the delights of Frasers now renowned homemade picnics, either to wander off around the farm and enjoy, or take with you while you explore the delights of Kent.

Delicacies included ? Homemade sausage rolls, selection of sandwiches in miniature, selection of homemade cakes, local seasonal fruit, a bottle of local apple or pear juice, tyrells salted crisps. £26.00

We can also include selection of salads, or why not take our antipasti miso platter in a picnic.
