Frasers is nestled at the end of a private drive on a working farm set deep in the beautiful Kent countryside, halfway between Maidstone and Ashford. We are a unique, idyllic venue for your perfect event - whether it is a luxury get away from it all break, your fairytale wedding, a small conference, training day, private meeting or product launch.

Stay, relax and unwind in one of our beautiful, individually designed rooms, all with luxury en-suite bathrooms, comfy slippers and gowns.

Our function suite is a custom-made, traditionally constructed beautiful oak-framed Kentish Barn, with a wealth of exposed beams. Relax on our superb terrace and enjoy our award winning home-made food accompanied by a glass of wine.

Enjoy complete tranquillity, savour the beautiful views across the unspoilt Kent Countryside. Watch the geese flying in to graze on the pond, listen to the owls calling from the nearby oak trees.

Looking After The Environment

In a world where we must become increasingly aware of the environmental impact of our business activities - Frasers facilitates a 'guilt-free' experience. The farm itself is registered with the Governments Environmental Stewardship Scheme thereby executing low-impact, low carbon producing activities and in turn promoting the existence of a wide range of wildlife.

The function room itself is constructed sustainably – largely being made of green oak and being constructed to an extremely high standard of insulation. Hot water for the facility is from a Ground Source Heat Pump which is a sustainable facility. These measures result in a significant reduction in the carbon produced from the building.

The food offered is from a locally produced, seasonal group of suppliers, hence the 'food-miles' are far lower. The primary produce is traceable and seasonal and the menus reflect this seasonality.
